MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Basic Membership
Annual Membership Includes:

Complete use of Fitness Center, track and locker rooms
1/2 price nursery punchcard for basic annual adult membership
20% discount on in-house fitness classes
20% discount on athletic gym rentals
Free use of Gym when available
Equipment orientation with a certified Personal Trainer
Three Month Basic Membership also available

Value Membership
Annual Membership Includes:

Use of Fitness Center Monday - Friday 8 am - 3 pm
Equipment orientation/program design with a Certified Personal Trainer
Complete use of running track and locker rooms

DAILY FEES

Daily fees are accepted for use of the Fitness Center and Gym. The cost is R $6/NR $8 per visit. All daily fee users must be 16 years or older and have a signed waiver each visit. When using the Fitness Center on a daily basis, please pay at the Fitness Desk.

LOCKER RENTAL

Lockers are available to members for rental for the following fees:

	1 YR	3 Mo
Large Locker	$60	$20
Small Locker	$30	$10

If you do not choose to rent a locker, daily use of a locker is available at no charge. Please bring your own lock. All daily use locks must be removed when you leave the building.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

All members will be issued a membership card. Members will be required to display their card and check-in when using the fitness center or open gym.

2010 RENEWAL RATES

Renewal rates are valid within 30 days of expiration. Members renewing an annual membership on or before their expiration date will receive the renewal rate and an additional month.
