Turner Pond in Roselle is now open for ice skating
Skaters can now head out to Turner Pond for ice skating! Turner pond- located at Turner Park, 81 E Devon Ave Roselle, IL 60172-1459-opened Saturday, January 2 for the first time this season.
The Roselle Park District has strict guidelines to ensure that Turner Pond is safe for skating.
During the winter, the parks department will regularly test the depth of the ice. The south section of the pond which will be designated for ice skating will be cleaned off daily. (As a reminder, snow removal from the paths and parking lots is the District's first priority during storm clean up, followed by ice skating at Turner Pond.)
Green flag skating permitted – Red flag or NO FLAG NO SKATING

Monday-Sunday 10 AM - dusk

There is no charge to skate at Turner Pond. Please note that there are no warming facilities or lights at Turner for skating. We will have a porta-potty available on site. There is no attendant on duty.
Skaters must provide their own ice skates.
